According to my opinion and previous work experience, I feel that a manager must always be involved in human resource for an organization as well as for the communication methods utilized by an organization. This is because of the aspect that the maintenance of professionalism and collective attitude towards teamwork is something which can never be taken for granted or ignored by any manager in any organization. The more the professionalism and attitude towards teamwork, the better it is for every manager and for every organization. Professionalism in communication does not mean that the communication will always have to be formal.
